The Return to
Fullness
Where fullness becomes your natural state.
What if the abundance you've been chasing wasn't something to achieve, but something to recognize? What if every moment of striving has been obscuring what was already here?
This is not another retreat about manifestation, optimization, or transcendence. This is five days of returning to the state from which everything else naturally flows — a state of such profound fullness that work becomes play, generosity becomes effortless, and joy stops apologizing for itself.
Welcome to the retreat that doesn't just change what you do. It changes the ground from which you do everything.
What makes this different
Most retreats give you tools.
We give you a state.
A felt, repeatable, embodied state of fullness that becomes the foundation for how you work, love, create, rest, earn, and celebrate.
A complete seven-dimensional wealth operating system integrating material, relational, creative, somatic, spiritual, ecological, and temporal life.
Somatic installation, not just intellectual understanding. Your body learns the patterns. Your nervous system adopts new baselines.
The marriage of depth and celebration. Profound inner work held inside radically joyful containers. Silence and dancing. Rigor and laughter.
The Seven Dimensions of Wealth
Material Wealth
Money, assets, and the capacity to price your value without shame or inflation. Sacred budgeting, ecosystem income mapping, and pricing as an act of consent.
Relational Wealth
Love that survives contact with reality. Boundaries that allow intimacy rather than prevent it. The clean no that protects the generous yes.
Creative Wealth
Your capacity to birth new things into the world. Creative flow as a learnable state, not a temperamental muse.
Somatic Wealth
Aliveness in your body. Polyvagal-informed regulation that doesn't require you to transcend your humanity.
Spiritual Wealth
Meaning, purpose, connection to something larger. Non-dual recognition that doesn't require renunciation.
Ecological Wealth
Belonging to place, season, cycles, and the more-than-human world. Reciprocity with the systems that hold you.
Temporal Wealth
Sovereignty over your time. Rest without guilt, work without compulsion, celebration without justification.
The Six-Movement Pedagogy
A fractal rhythm your body learns at one scale and recognizes at every other.

Field Reports
"I came in empty. I left overflowing. And three months later, I'm still overflowing."
I've done a lot of work — therapy, coaching, meditation retreats, ayahuasca. I thought I understood my patterns. What I didn't expect was to have my entire relationship to abundance restructured in five days. Not conceptually. Somatically. My body learned something that my mind had been trying to understand for fifteen years. I came in empty. I left overflowing. And three months later, I'm still overflowing.

"The Wild Party was the most sacred thing I've ever experienced on a dancefloor."
I wasn't sure what to expect from something called 'The Wild Party.' I'm a therapist. I'm used to holding careful containers. What I didn't expect was to be completely undone by joy. The Wild Party was the most sacred thing I've ever experienced on a dancefloor. By the time we reached Day 5, I understood in my body what I'd been trying to teach my clients for years.

"My pricing doubled. Not because I forced it. Because I stopped lying about my value."
I came for the somatic work. I stayed for the money conversation. I'd been undercharging for years — I knew it intellectually, I just couldn't seem to do anything about it. The pricing-as-truth-telling session broke something open that no amount of business coaching had touched. My pricing doubled. Not because I forced it. Because I stopped lying about my value. That shift has already returned the investment many times over.

"I realized I'd never actually let myself be seen as full. I'd only ever presented my needs."
The Receiving Ceremony broke me open in the best way. I'm a physician. I give constantly and I'm good at it. What I'd never learned — what no one had ever taught me — was how to receive without immediately deflecting, minimizing, or reciprocating to neutralize the discomfort. I realized I'd never actually let myself be seen as full. I'd only ever presented my needs. That was the moment the retreat became something I'll carry for the rest of my life.

"I didn't expect the silence to be the most productive thing I'd done in years."
Day 4 starts in silence. You eat breakfast in silence, walk in silence, reflect in silence until noon. I'm an extrovert. I was dreading it. But something happened in that silence that all the talking couldn't have produced. I wrote twelve pages in my journal. I saw my creative life with terrifying clarity. I didn't expect the silence to be the most productive thing I'd done in years. The rest of the retreat just landed differently after that.

"We both came back different. Different in the same direction."
We were in a difficult season when we both signed up — separately, for different cohorts. We didn't know if that was wisdom or avoidance. What happened is that we both came back different. Different in the same direction. The relational wealth work — the conversation about the clean no that protects the generous yes — gave us a language we'd been missing for six years of trying. The retreat didn't fix our relationship. It gave us both the ground from which to choose it again.
